The Opportunity
You will coordinate wet fire installation and commissioning projects across Western Australia, working closely with installation teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and compliance requirements.
Projects range from smaller installations through to major works valued at up to $3 million, offering genuine variety, responsibility and ongoing professional growth within a stable and well‐organised business.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate delivery of wet fire installation and commissioning projects.
* Prepare and manage project programmes, procurement activities and installation sequencing.
* Review drawings, specifications and variations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
* Support installation resources across multiple project sites.
* Monitor project progress, performance and contractual obligations.
* Contribute to achieving revenue, margin and operational performance targets.
* Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
* Identify opportunities to improve field performance and project outcomes.
About You
You bring wet fire industry experience and confidence coordinating projects, people and site activities.
* A project management background within wet fire installation, ideally supported by previous sprinkler fitting experience.
* Experience managing or supporting wet fire installation projects.
* Technical knowledge of wet fire systems and installation practices.
* Working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, NCC and wet fire compliance requirements.
* Understanding of project financial performance including cost control and margin awareness.
* Ability to coordinate field teams and subcontractors to meet programme milestones.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Competent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
* Background in sprinkler fitting or mechanical fire protection is highly regarded.
* Project Management or Engineering qualification advantageous.
* Current WA driver's licence.
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and National Police Check.
* Full, unrestricted and ongoing Australian work rights.
