We're looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy recycling company. You'll run and monitor extrusion, moulding, or compounding machines, ensuring products meet quality and production targets. Temp to perm for the right person - this is your chance for a long-term role!
What You'll Do:
* Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery
* Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues
* Follow strict safety procedures
What You Need:
* Previous experience in plastics or manufacturing
* Forklift licence is a must
* Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
* Team player who can also work independently
* Reliability, punctuality & safety-focused
