We are seeking a seasoned Communications & Engagement Lead to spearhead our program-wide communications and engagement strategy, aligned with organisational goals.
* Advise executives and stakeholders on communication risks, opportunities, and engagement approaches.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and excellence.
This pivotal role requires extensive experience in delivering communication strategies for large-scale programs and transformations.
* Tertiary qualifications in communications, PR, change management, or related field.
* Broad expertise across internal/external channels: digital, intranet, newsletters, media.
* Strong leadership with experience coaching and developing communication teams.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, along with the ability to navigate sensitive issues and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks.
