The Company, established in 1980, comprises of a strong Board, Executive group and a highly talented team of people with significant industry experience.About the roleReporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving Aerometrex’s revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts. Working in a high-energy environment, closely with the Sales Manager and broader commercial team to execute sales strategies that align with Aerometrex’s growth objectives, ensuring our innovative geospatial products are successfully adopted by enterprise clients across key sectors.This role can be based either in Adelaide at our Head Office in Glynde or remotely, preferably in Sydney.Key Responsibilities• Lead and support the end-to-end enterprise sales process, including outbound prospecting, lead qualification, client engagement, and contract negotiations• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling• Identify and engage potential customers to expand Aerometrex’s footprint in key verticals such as infrastructure, government, environmental services, and utilities• Deliver sales outcomes aligned with the company’s strategic growth plans, including new customer acquisition and customer lifetime value expansion• Accurately manage CRM (Salesforce) to track pipeline, activities, and forecast sales performance.• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and maintaining high service standards.• Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform product development and market strategy.• Conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and solution workshops to understand business needs and position Aerometrex offerings effectively.About you• Minimum 3 years experience in mid-market and enterprise sales• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets• Demonstrated experience managing long and complex sales cycles and navigating multiple stakeholder environments• Ability to map and grow large accounts through multi-level relationship building• Experience in forecasting and CRM reporting• Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressureThis role is not suited for someone who prefers inbound only sales or is uncomfortable with KPIs.Why work with usWe understand that your career choices are important.
