NW Mining & Civil are seeking experienced Electricians to join our client's team in the construction of a new mine site in far north QLD.
Based at a remote mine site construction project in far north QLD, applicants need to be able to work autonomously and safely, be able to follow instruction and be enthusiastic & reliable.
Tasks will include running cables, installing switch gear, wiring buildings and fixed plant infrastructure, testing & tagging and commissioning.
Starting ASAP, this work will run until late 2026. Roster is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Pay rate is $55/hr flat rate. All shifts are 12hr days.
Local Mt Isa applicants are preferred, but flights are available from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns. Transport from Mt Isa to the remote site will be provided by the client. Motel-style accommodation and meals are provided while on shift.

* QLD Electrical licence
* Current LRV/CPR (within 12 months)
* Current drivers licence
* High risk EWP and/or Forklift would be highly regarded
* Clear police check
* Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and D&A testing
