**Atlas Copco's Power Technique** business area provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators, along with a number of complementary products. It also offers specialty rental and provides services through a dedicated, global network.
As the Business Line Manager (BLM) for Marketing and Sales, your main goal is to enhance business results, sales, and market share in Oceania for the Power Technique Service (PTS) portfolio.
You'll lead our commitment to customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation.
Your mission is to achieve top customer satisfaction for internal and external clients and to own the PTS Planning Process, aiming to meet and exceed agreed objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Foster a customer-centric culture.
- Oversee sales, financial performance, and inventory management.
- Conduct market analysis and ensure adherence to warranty policies.
- Enhance E-Commerce and digital strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Lead and support local teams.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
**To succeed you will need**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineer or similar by experience.
- Solid technical and commercial background.
- Understanding of financial management.
- Extensive knowledge of construction customers and markets
- Strong experience with service and parts management
- Strong people leader.
- Familiarity with marketing processes and techniques.
- Good attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
