Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work closely with your manager and hiring manager to identify talent and provide exceptional support to new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, utilizing applicant tracking systems and best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and maintain apprentices, labour-hire workers, interns, and trainees, guaranteeing all necessary documentation is in place.
* Conduct minimum wage reviews for award and entry-level salary employees, ensuring fairness and equity.
* Conduct market research to establish pay structures that attract and retain top talent, fostering a competitive edge.
* Participate in resourcing and recruitment planning meetings as required, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

General HR Duties:

* Oversee employee termination processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
* Handle complaints and investigations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Assist with payroll and benefits administration, providing accurate and timely support.
* Manage HR software and administer employee records, guaranteeing accuracy and security.
* Coordinate training and development programs, fostering growth and advancement opportunities.
* Conduct disciplinary actions and performance reviews, promoting accountability and improvement.

Expertise Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources or equivalent field.
* Previous experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.
* Experience with applicant tracking software and prioritization techniques, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
