About the Role
Premise is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Project Administrator to join our growing team in Albury. This position will commence at 0.6 FTE (three days per week), with a planned transition to full-time hours over the coming three months as project activity continues to expand.
In this role, you'll support the Albury office with occasional overflow assistance to our wider Premise network. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth financial and operational administration of projects, working closely with Project Managers and General Managers to keep workflows on track and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
From invoicing and forecasting to tracking deliverables and coordinating resources, you'll be central to keeping our projects running efficiently and our teams informed.
Key Responsibility
* Prepare and manage client invoicing, billing summaries, and financial reporting
* Partner with PMs and GMs on forecasting, WIP reviews, and debtor management
* Coordinate resource allocation, including insourcing and outsourcing requests
* Track and monitor project milestones, deliverables, and performance
* Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in CORE/12d Synergy
* Manage the accounts receivable inbox and follow up outstanding debts
* Participate in weekly planning meetings and support project performance tracking
* Provide assistance to other Project Administrators when required
Required Experience
You're a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being the go‑to person for keeping projects moving and have the practical skills to match:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar project administration or project support role (8+ years desirable)
* Proven experience in client invoicing, financial administration, and accounts support
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and locations
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
