As the Events Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting sales and account management functions by delivering accurate, creative, innovative, and compelling programs in response to customer proposal briefs.
What you will be doing:
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and suppliers
* Ensuring successful delivery of RFPs and quotations, including research and compelling content
* Developing tailored proposals and detailed budgets aligned with client needs and project goals
* Driving supplier engagement through strategic negotiation, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships
What you will bring to the role:
* Experience in the events or group travel industry
* Events operations experience
* Knowledge of procurement, product, market trends, and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Project management experience
