What you'll do
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to all our other markets. You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key strategic experiences.
* Provide detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose changes to operational processes, drive high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensure high‐quality experiences are delivered
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations
* Make informed decisions based on data, including P&L analysis
* Ensure the financial and operational feasibility of our events by analysing and reporting on key metrics
* Drive revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies and identifying opportunities to expand event reach
* Analyse business performance, including P&L tracking, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements
About you
We are looking for someone who combines a strong commercial mindset, relationship‐building abilities, and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to developing partnerships and growing the business.
* 1+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles; this role is not primarily suited for traditional event planners
* Fluent English with excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
* Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. You will also have strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
* Exceptional organizational and project management and operations skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams to successful completion
* Resilient and results‐driven, able to perform under pressure, take ownership, and manage several high‐impact projects in parallel
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision‐making
* Highly solution‐oriented, able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them
* Ability to thrive in fast‐paced environments, with a willingness to grow within the organization
