Sure People Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team at our office in South Lake.
The Role:
* ASAP Start
* Talent acquisition - Recruitment Consultancy - Interviews - Submissions
* Ensuring all training, qualifications, and inductions are compliant and meet company, client, and site requirements.
* Liaising with clients, and internal and external stakeholders clearly and professionally.
* Working in a friendly supportive team environment.
* You will be recruiting and manning for both local and FIFO roles within the Projects Construction, Mining, Engineering, Defence sectors.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Communication and Team Work
* Sound time management and Organisational skills
* Problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a forward planning mindset
* Microsoft Office Suite Exp including excel
* Experience with Martian Logic - Highly regarded

Experience in the recruitment industry, in particular with labour hire experience in Mining, Cranes / Rigging, Engineering will be highly regarded.
