You will be trusted to:
* Assist the Project Manager in fulfilling contractual requirements and achieving project targets
* Produce short-term programs and resource schedules for assigned project sections
* Coordinate equipment, materials and resources to meet construction timeframes
* Monitor project costs, productivity, and financial outcomes
* Participate in toolbox and pre-start meetings, ensuring HSEQ standards are maintained
* Contribute to planning, reporting, and risk management activities across all project functions
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
What you're good at:
* Demonstrated experience as a Site or Project Engineer in civil or infrastructure construction
* Working knowledge of project management plans and quality systems
* Ability to coordinate daily construction activities and communicate effectively with teams
* Proficiency in MS Office, project planning software and document management systems
* Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
