About the role

You will be part of creating a culture that respects and considers personal information as a valued asset and ensuring the public can access information they require through approved processes.

Key responsibilities

* Creating resources for PRIS and FOI to educate and ensure trust and understanding about what is required of staff to comply.

About you

You are a detail-driven critical thinker with strong organisational skills, able to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. A confident communicator, you produce clear, high-quality documentation and deliver engaging internal training.

You build positive, professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and bring strong digital capability across software systems. Whether working independently or as part of the Records team, you contribute to strong cross-functional relationships across the organisation.

What We are Looking For

* Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
* Experience in understanding and complying with legislation and regulations.
* A strong understanding of PRIS and the FOI Acts.
* Excellent communication skills to convey legislative requirements in easy-to-understand language.
* Ability to identify and navigate adjustments to information practices.
* Proven ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion when handling information.
* Free parking and easy public transport access.
* Up to 16% to superannuation & 17.5% annual leave loading.
* Employee health and wellness program and initiatives.
