We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant to partner with our Business Managers on financial aspects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner with Business Managers to provide accurate and timely financial information and management reporting.
* Ensure complete accuracy in providing financial information and management reporting.
* Complete periodic balance sheet reconciliations.
* Provide input in operational meetings and preparation.
* Assist with Cost Reporting & WIP reviews to ensure businesses are reporting correctly.
* Provide a suite of financial reports monthly to each designated business.
* Maintain fixed assets, including additions, disposals, transfers, and verification.
* Review AP Batches applicable to business units.
* Ensure overhead expenses are correctly allocated.
* Key involvement in any financial related correspondence, tenders, and other ad-hoc questions relating to operations.
* Provide assistance to other areas of finance to achieve key milestones.
