As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Junior Business Administration Trainee.
Role Overview:
As a Junior Business Administration Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal sector while developing essential administrative and organisational skills. You will undertake a full time traineeship for a twelve (12) month period. During this 12 month traineeship you will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal) as well as invaluable experience in a reputable legal office. This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit recent/upcoming school leavers, with a view to career advancement. Start date is flexible around school terms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a forward-thinking, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Greeting clients and visitors professionally and courteously
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail/emails
* General administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
* Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
* Assisting legal staff with ad-hoc tasks and office duties as required

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and willingness to learn
* Previous experience in customer service or administration (desirable but not essential)
* Must have drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
