Qualifications and Skills:

* Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
* Experience in aged care or a hospital setting (ideally 12 months or more)
* High level of customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Ability to follow directives as per care plan
* Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
