**THE ORGANISATION**
Our client, a leading agricultural business is seeking a well-versed HR professional to join a small and team-oriented HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to advance their career and support our client with their ambitious growth plans.
**THE ROLE**
This is a stand-alone generalist HR role which is required to support our client with their growth plans. You will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to all employees across all sites. The main responsibilities for this role will include participating in HR planning, continually improve recruitment processes, support the annual review process and provide ongoing support to managers regarding capability development.
Please note this is a part-time 6-month contract role.
**THE CRITERIA**
The successful applicant will have proven generalist HR experience in a stand-alone role, supporting multiple sites.
To succeed in this position, you must have previous experience dealing with individuals at all levels while possessing the capability to be influential in coaching managers & stakeholders around you. You will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and professional, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
