Your new role
Direct all operational aspects including provision of exceptional customer service, administration, retail sales, stock management and commercial sales.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales target and KPIs and manage store budget, effective rostering and sales margins.
Bring out the best of the store's team by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Meet goals and metrics.
Carry out effective team planning and recruitment when required.
Build a high performance culture and work ethic with all employees.
Implement new processes, policies and procedures effectively where needed and per direction from owner.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders maintaining consistent levels of quality service and products.
What you will need to succeed
Experience in store management or similar working environment within the retail and wholesale sectors.
Exceptional customer service skills with a background in sales.
Exceptional and proven leadership and management skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Highly developed organisational skills and abilities to work independently and with a team.
Have a strong decision making and problem solving skills.
You will be able to show initiative, have a meticulous and thorough nature, with outstanding customer service skills.
High level interpersonal and oral communication skills regarded.
You must have exceptional computer literacy.
