Job Title: Concession Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the concession team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Create a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
* Maintain a safe and supportive work environment with operational excellence at the forefront
* Manage product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and stock control
* Recruit, train, and grow the team's skills and capabilities
* Collaborate with partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in concession or store-level retail leadership
* A passion for footwear and fashion
* Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations
* Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
* A natural leader with experience coaching and mentoring others
* Excellent communication and time management skills
