**Test Manager - Security**
This is a rolling contract role that will initially run for 6 months but highly likely to go beyond the 1-year mark. Hybrid working environment too with 2 days in North Sydney office.
You must have Test managment experience leading a team and sound knowledge of cyber security & cloud technologies.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for security business initiatives
- Lead and manage a team of testers and ensure that testing is performed in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify and document any issues or risks that may arise during the testing process
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that all testing requirements are met
- Monitor and report on testing progress and results to senior management
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager
- Strong experience in cyber, security, cloud & IAM
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
