Our service menu includes: All waxing services (brows, body, female Brazilian - no manzilians), tinting, spray tanning and makeup services.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Certificate III (or higher) in Beauty Therapy
Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Beauty Therapist
Passion for making people feel smooth and confident!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and hype your team to bring their best every day
Run the day-to-day: rostering, stock, standards, salon flow
Deliver standout client experiences and protect the WAXD brand vibe
Own performance results — meet goals, beat goals, celebrate wins
Bring ideas that keep us improving, evolving, and ahead of the pack
JOB ROLE SPECIFICS
Hours: We offer all of our team casual contracts however you can choose from Full time or Part time hours.
Permanent roles can be made available after a qualifying period if preferred.
Casual Rates for Salon Manager: Monday to Friday is $38.40, Saturday is $47.87, and Sunday is $67.07 per hour!
Casual Rates for Team Leader: Monday to Friday is $37.16, Saturday is $46.60, and Sunday is $65.80 per hour!
