About the role: The Coffee Club Goulburn is looking for experienced and committed personnel to join our excellent Kitchen team.
* Assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking
* Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in alignment with Food Safety requirements and general hygiene practices
* Preparation, replenishment & rotation of stock in the kitchen
* Operate, maintain & clean all kitchen equipment and cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant
* Washing dishes
* Ensuring all kitchen areas remain clean and tidy (i.e. food preparation area, dish area)
* General pantry duties
* Limited or incidental duties associated with collection of dirty dishes and store cleaning
Weekend and Christmas availability must
The experienced candidate will also be provided an opportunity to learn the Front house – Serving food and drinks, making cold drinks and taking orders.
About you:
* You love to deliver great food at a high standard each and every time
* You have a great attention to detail when plating dishes and adhering to brand standards
* You demonstrate strong food safety and hygiene practices
* Previous experience in similar roles would be well regarded
