Highly skilled and experienced Scaffolders continue to be in short supply and high demand across Australia. Recognising this skills shortage and in order to develop our own highly skilled scaffolders, Caledonia designed a unique Traineeship Program in **** which has been operating across the country ever since. What's in it for me?
A nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Scaffolding) upon completion of your 18 month traineeship
A structured training program including both on-the-job training together with formal learning through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
You will be well supported and mentored by Caledonia qualified scaffolders, supervisors and previous trainees
Post-traineeship, ongoing positions are on offer for proven performers
Varied work sites and exciting projects around WA
Exposure to FIFO (fly-in/fly-out) mining, heavy industrial sites around Western Australia
