As a Junior IT Support Trainee, you will be coached, mentored, and supported to deliver the best customer service possible.
You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, answering calls, serving clients in reception, maintaining social media posts and enquiries, and creating and maintaining client documentation to a high standard.
