Quality and Risk Manager Role
Eva Tilley, an independent not-for-profit residential aged care provider, seeks a Quality and Risk Manager to lead the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of its Quality and Risk Management Systems.
This is a key leadership role that involves ensuring excellence in care and services are delivered consistently across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work alongside dedicated clinical and operational leadership teams to ensure conformance with the new Aged Care Act and regulatory model, as well as the achievement of Eva Tilley's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, implement, and monitor Quality and Risk Management Systems to ensure excellence in care and services delivery.
* Work with clinical and operational leadership teams to achieve organisational strategic objectives.
* Ensure conformance with the new Aged Care Act and regulatory model.
* Develop and implement quality systems within the health/aged care/community services sectors.
* Analyse data for presentation and reporting purposes.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated understanding of corporate and clinical governance principles and risk management concepts.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualification and 3-5 years' experience in a senior management or coordination role.
