Riverina Fresh is a 100% Australian owned Dairy and Food Services company. We produce a range of award-winning dairy products including the iconic Riverina Fresh branded milks, creams, and yogurts. We also provide our customers with an extensive Food Services range.

Riverina Fresh supplies retail, hospitality and industrial customers across Victoria, NSW and ACT, and we have strong ties to the communities in which we operate. We are passionate about what we do and place great value on providing a safe, supportive and motivating working environment.

We have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated self-starter to join our collaborative executive team as Administration and Events Assistant.The successful applicant will be required to work three days per week.

This permanent, part-time role provides support to the Executive Assistant with a strong focus on coordinating seasonal marketing and sponsorship events and delivering high-quality administrative and executive support.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Assisting with planning and delivery of Riverina Fresh marketing events, including sponsored events, trade shows, industry competitions and community engagement activities;
* Event budget tracking and post-event reporting;
* Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
* Assisting with the coordination of the CEO's schedule and communications;
* Arranging travel bookings, meeting coordination and other administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team;
* Preparing agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions from calls/meetings;
* Assisting with other projects and operational tasks;
* Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and discretion; and
* Other associated administrative functions.

What we are looking for:

* 2 years' experience in a business administrator role;
* Experience in events coordination or marketing support (preferred but not essential);
* High digital dexterity across software systems and platforms with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite;
* Meticulous attention to detail;
* Strong analytical, systems, and problem-solving skills;
* Very approachable manner with excellent communication and collaboration skills;
* Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously;
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and flexibility to adjust to shifting workloads;
* Demonstrated reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism; and
* Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.

Riverina Fresh is offering a competitive salary package pro-rated to a 3-day working week, and commensurate to qualifications and experience. Hours of work are generally standard office hours.
