Your Impact
Support Pacific Zone business growth through optimized service levels, inventory, and profitability
Drive improvements in Supply Planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach
Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Develop replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
Manage inventory governance, product lifecycle activities, and strategic replenishment
Represent replenishment in transformation projects and digitalization efforts
Support customer projects, promotions, and new product launches
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
APICS or similar industry certification
Master's degree or Engineering background preferred
3–5 years' experience in supply chain within large, complex organizations
Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems in fast-paced environments
Customer-centric mindset and results-oriented approach
