Salary: $125,344 -$139,120 (Plus 12% Super)
Location: North Canberra Hospital

About the Role:

Physiotherapy within Allied Health, North Canberra Hospital, provides services to a range of clients in the Emergency Department, acute inpatient and specialised outpatient settings. Our physiotherapists work closely with patients, carers, referrers, other health professionals and multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, high quality patient care.

The Physiotherapy Outpatient Senior and Student coordinator position oversees staff and services including administrative staff in physiotherapy outpatient department and clinicians working across Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Women’s and infants Services and Emergency department. The role is pivotal in supporting and coordinating student placements within the physiotherapy service. This position contributes to the effective functioning physiotherapy senior management team.

Clinical supervision and professional development is provided through team structures, supervision support, competency-based assessments and professional development opportunities.

A merit pool will be developed from this round and may be used to fill vacancies which occur over the next 12 months.
