About the Role
 * Lead, train, and mentor a team of Credit Officers, ensuring performance, capability, and professional development.
 * Oversee the full loan process—from lodgement through valuations, approvals, and settlement—while managing timelines and milestones.
 * Ensure compliance with NCCP, AFG, and internal policies, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all credit applications.
 * Provide regular feedback and reporting on KPIs, including lodgements, settlements, approvals, and timelines.
 * Use workflow and reporting systems effectively to manage productivity, track progress, and support operational efficiency.
 * Act as an escalation point for complex files, supporting Finance Specialists and clients with timely updates and resolutions.

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll bring:
 * Proven experience in credit, mortgage broking, or banking with strong knowledge of credit assessment, loan processes, and compliance.
