We’re inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Sydney as a Service Delivery Manager.
What You’ll Do
* Monitor EU performance against contractual KPIs and service levels
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on works completion, backlogs, cycle times, costs and compliance
* Coordinate the receipt, review, submission and tracking of internal and SDP quotations
* Track the progress of EU and LM works from approval through to completion and close‑out
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence stakeholders at base and regional level – act as a point of contact for Defence representatives on performance and status related queries
What You’ll Bring
* Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Business, Asset Management or Project Management (mandatory)
* Ability to obtain and retain an AGSVA Security Clearance
* Extensive experience in facilities or asset management with leadership accountability
* Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams across multiple sites
* Strong track record of contract delivery within Defence or comparable large‑scale FM environments
