Position overview
The Australian Climate Service seeks an experienced Channel Manager who has a track record for delivering results in a dynamic and creative environment.
Role responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Planning and Channel Development: Lead the identification of best solutions for existing and future channels, including the Australian Climate Service website, newsletter platforms (both internal and external newsletters), a webinar platform and others.
- Foundational processes and procedures: In close collaboration with the ACS Product Manager, lead the development, approval and implementation of processes and procedures for all ACS channels.
- Channel management: In close collaboration with the Product Manager and ACS Program managers, act as the main point of contact to provide operational oversight of ACS channels, managing release timeframes, content coordination, brand implementation, and other supporting activities.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ACS channels, using metrics and feedback mechanisms to report on, and improve the implementation of the ACS Channel Strategy.
