This role offers the opportunity to leverage your skills in implementing SAP SuccessFactors, driving digital transformation and streamlining business processes.
You will work closely with clients to understand their HR needs, design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet their requirements, and ensure seamless implementation and support.
* Talent Acquisition and Employee Central Expertise
As a senior consultant, you will have hands-on experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules, ensuring accurate and timely recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes.
Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end implementations from discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
* Key Responsibilities
o Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules
o Deliver full lifecycle implementations from discovery through deployment and support
o Facilitate solution design workshops with clients to capture complex requirements
o Provide ongoing support and post-go-live services to clients
o Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
o Mentor junior consultants and share expertise across the team

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR and Talent Acquisition)
* Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations
* Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules
* Current certifications in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Employee Central, or Onboarding
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
