Your new company

The role focusses on their major autonomous haulage program designed to improve safety, efficiency and productivity across remote mining hubs. The program uses advanced fleet systems to move ore across large open pit operations, supports reliable supply for steelmaking and renewable energy inputs, and aligns with the organisation's broader commitment to responsible, high performance mining supported by strong operational discipline and continuous improvement.
Your new role
You will deliver change and communications for a major autonomous haulage program. You will translate project information into clear messages for site leaders and teams. You will coordinate engagement, develop content, and guide stakeholders through each project phase.
* Build and deliver change and communication strategies across site.
* Turn technical information into simple messages tailored to each audience.
* Assess change impacts and support change readiness.
* Guide leaders and teams through new processes and ways of working.
* Support meetings, workshops and forums to drive project milestones.
* Lead planning and engagement activities for each deployment stage.
* Maintain strong relationships with leaders, SMEs and Change Champions.
* Produce clear materials for presentations, newsletters and site updates.
* Track progress against plans, schedules and targets.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in change communications or organisational development
* Strong writing skills and confident stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to plan and coordinate end-to-end change and communication activity.
* Experience using design tools to create visual content.
* Ability to build trust with leaders and teams in a site-based environment.
* A proactive approach and a strong focus on practical delivery.
