**Job Overview**

We are seeking an individual to join our IT Service Desk team, providing exceptional customer service and support technology needs of our staff.

The successful candidate will take ownership of customers' requests and incidents, resolving them when possible or referring to technical resources when necessary.

As part of our IT team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, handling user requests and incidents professionally, courteously, and empathetically.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Providing 1st level customer support and incident resolution to all technology users.
* Delivering high-quality customer service by handling user requests and incidents professionally, courteously, and empathetically.
* Regularly updating customers on request and incident progress and status.
* Recording and logging customer requests, incidents, and interactions into the Service Management Tool.
* Proactively managing personal and/or team job queues to meet customer SLAs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Highly developed customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* A proactive attitude towards process improvements and willingness to adapt to change in a dynamic industry.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and SLAs.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated patience and empathy towards all customers.
