About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and resilient Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high-volume community store in remote Queensland. This role is more than a job—it is a chance to make a real impact by supporting and working alongside local Indigenous communities while living and working in a unique part of Australia.
This opportunity is also open to management couples with dual roles available in some locations.

Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with daily operations of the business
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Manage stock and inventory effectively
Work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
