Job Description
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth of Capital Equipment across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at major customer accounts.
* Negotiate and finalise agreements with significant customers in the environmental and wastewater sector.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Predict monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
* Foster long-term partnerships with customers.
* Understand regional market conditions and provide tailored solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
* A successful Capital Equipment Sales professional should possess:
* Proven experience as a Sales professional in the environmental/wastewater/water treatment space.
* In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
* Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
* A proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
* Willingsness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
