Job Description
As a Program Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping programs on track, informed, and aligned.
You will:
* Support delivery across multiple initiatives using PRINCE2, Agile, and other frameworks
* Assist with the preparation, review, and quality assurance of key artefacts including: Business cases, Program & project initiation documents, Status reports and other core documentation
* Coordinate governance forums - owning agendas, minutes, presentations, and decision tracking
* Maintain and review project schedules and resource allocations
* Support timesheet management and ensure accurate effort tracking
* Monitor and reconcile financials (budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances)
* Maintain risk, issue, and change registers with a proactive mindset
* Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams to drive collaboration
* Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and reporting
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
* Experience with Microsoft Project (Project Online) or similar tools
* Strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in public sector and/or large, complex organisations
* Understanding of program/project management frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or similar)
* Experience working in an ICT environment
