Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality, person-centred care to consumers in their own homes. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering dignified and respectful care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each consumer.

* Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve great outcomes and ensure seamless delivery of care
* Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for consumers and their families
* Responding to consumers' usual routines and standards, and adapting to changing needs as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support, and have previous experience in a similar support role. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with consumers, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
