* Perform general labouring duties, including setting forms, placing, screeding, finishing, and curing concrete surfaces (footpaths, driveways, slabs, roadways, kerbs).
* Operate a range of construction machinery would be an advantage
* Use handheld power tools such as quick cuts, jackhammers, and concrete vibrators.
* Assist with site preparation
* Assist in setting out construction sites
* Work with supervisors to ensure job quality, efficiency, and compliance
* Perform general labouring works as required (e.g., drainage, kerbing, paving).
* Engage in traffic control, spotting for machinery, and uphold safety for both workers and the public.
* Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and digital compliance/reporting requirements.
* Perform site clean-up and preparation tasks.
