Our Client
Our client provides a comprehensive assessment, treatment, and assertive outreach support for individuals with moderate to severe mental health needs. They offer a holistic, client-centred model of care, integrating with regional health teams to ensure timely and appropriate care.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct culturally sensitive and thorough assessments of clients.
* Provide treatment and intensive case management support.
* Engage in assertive outreach to address emerging mental health needs.
* Apply advanced specialist knowledge and clinical expertise in mental health assessments and decision-making.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse with AHPRA registration or
* Registered Psychologist with AHPRA registration or
* Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration or
* Bachelor of Social Work with AASW registration
* Current C-Class Driver's License
* Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
