Position Overview
We are currently seeking multiple experienced and committed Home Care Workers traveling to clients' homes within the Geelong and Bellarine Peninsula region working alongside our clients to enhance their health/well‐being and enable them to stay in their own homes. You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You need to demonstrate client‐focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You'll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a excellent asset to our team.
Employment Details
We are offering casual roles with a view to permanent part‐time for suitable candidates.

* Personal care requiring manual handling
* Domestic assistance
* Social support
* Meal preparation
* Medication assistance
* Transportation
* Experience with Dementia and Mental Health will be advantageous
Qualifications
Our ideal candidates will have availability across the 7‐day roster with hours worked between 7:00am – 6:00pm, but we are adaptable to fit in with your work/life balance.
* A passion for assisting the elderly to remain independent in their own homes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Certificate III in Aged Care (desired for Carer services)
* Current certificates in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
* Current National Police Check or willingness to obtainDriver's licence and own reliable vehicle
* Willingness to undertake training, including hoists and assisting with medications
* Eligibility to work in Australia
Preferred Skills
* Medication competency preferred
* Experience working with aged and persons with a disability
* Immediate start
* Regular interaction and client rapport building
