Overview 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day. 
Preferred Time Slot: 12:00pm – 4:00pm (other options: 11am–3pm or 1pm–5pm). 
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 
Office Support / Data Entry 
professional to join our clients team on a short-term contract basis. 
This role is perfect for someone looking for part-time hours in a supportive and fast-paced environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Scanning and filing delivery documents 
General administration and data entry tasks 
Light receptionist duties including answering calls and greeting visitors 
Sorting and processing of load packs 
Archiving records and documentation 
Requirements 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment 
Valuable communication and organisational skills 
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
