Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time permanent position as an Administration Officer in our
Service Department
at our
Echuca Dealership
which services, repairs and maintains a large range of industry leading John Deere equipment.
Full training will be provided.
The Role
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Repair Order creation and closure.
Process customer invoices.
Process warranties (including shortage claims and damages).
Answering telephone enquiries and greeting customers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Ensure office area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Maintain tracking of staff movements in and out of the workshop.
Attend to filing.
Management of staff attendance sheets and processing timecards for the workshop.
Data entry as required.
Provide assistance to Service Manager as required.
Perform any other clerical and administrative duties as required.
To be successful you will need
Current and valid driver's license.
Reliable and punctual.
Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.
Strong customer service focus and work ethic.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sound computer skills.
Well presented.
Preferred
