We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Manager to join our team. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our repair centre.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard, while also meeting customer needs and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts & Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Customer Service & Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
* Profit & Loss, Reporting & Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
* Leadership & People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
* Work Health & Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
