We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to support the Head of Business Operations in delivering key projects and driving continuous improvement. With a mix of executive support, project coordination, and operational responsibilities, this role is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience within a structured and values-aligned educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive and administrative support to the Head of Business Operations, including reports, presentations, and internal communications
* Coordinate and minute key committee meetings (e.g. Finance, WHS, Security), and follow up on actions
* Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and operational documentation
* Oversee systems implementation and assist with change management across departments
* Manage site safety, security provider liaison, and WHS-related processes
* Coordinate logistics for programs, events, uniform stock, and general administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in business administration, operations, or executive support
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management
* Tech-literate with MS Office experience
