The Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership to the HR function. A strategic advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, the role drives the people and organisational development strategy across the organisation..
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of the HR function spanning Business Partnering, Employment Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Systems, and HR Services.
Spearhead employee initiatives with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), shaping organisational development and change management.
Champion culture, engagement and wellbeing at all levels, from Board through to frontline.
Lead strategic workforce planning to deliver the value proposition to attract and retain healthcare professionals.
Lead performance, remuneration and reward strategies
Motivate and inspire teams to deliver while influencing high priority outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Strong generalist HR background at the executive level with a focus on execution and leading teams to deliver results.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships, inspire and influence high-priority outcomes.
Experience in a service-led business and a strong understanding of the challenges of strategic workforce planning.
Proven experience leading in an outcome driven environment, with strong commercial acumen as a foundation for decision making.
