We are seeking a highly motivated Employment Consultant to join our team. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to transform their lives by securing employment opportunities and providing personalized job plans.
About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Solicit and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
* Support participants in identifying skills to become job-ready.
* Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
* Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
* Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
