The Opportunity
We seek a Construction Equipment Sales Representative to cover the Perth region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with existing customers within the territory.
* Pursue new sales opportunities through daily calls and prospecting for new business.
* Conduct general marketing, trade shows, and networking activities.
* Accurately report current and prospective activity, growth potential, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
* Maintain market share expectations and other KPIs provided by management.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated sales experience and success.
* Previous employment in a similar position or industry is preferred but not essential.
* A genuine desire to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets and earn lucrative commissions.
* Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRM.
* Confident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
