* Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
* Supporting clinical staff during treatments
* Recording patient information
* Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
* Providing calm support to patients
* Welcoming patients and managing front-of-house operations
* Scheduling appointments and managing recall systems
* Processing payments and health fund claims
* Responding to enquiries and managing patient records
