Job Title
A Learning & Development Consultant is sought to drive impactful learning initiatives, create exceptional training experiences, and promote professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver learning solutions aligned with organisational goals, P&D strategy, and Business Unit strategies.
* Apply adult learning methodologies to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives using established and emerging technologies.
* Create flexible learning solutions to meet the diverse needs of the organisation and its people.
* Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps in current and future skill/knowledge requirements.
* Prepare learning briefs, presentations, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.
* Analyse and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, eLearning, or digital learning.
* In-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
* Proven skills and experience in instructional design and learning experience development.
* Knowledge of learning principles and practices as well as current and future trends in digital technologies.
* Project management skills in learning program development, with ability to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes, and deliver outcomes.
* High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams.
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary team environments.
* Ability to source and analyse data for reporting on learning solutions effectiveness.
